INGREDIENTS



  • ½ kg mutton liver
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 250 grams green chilies
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Lemon juice of a lemon
  • ½ cup dry achaar masala
  • 2 tbsp khatai powder
  • 1 tbsp crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt as required
  • ¼ cup oil

METHOD


In a bowl mix together achaar masala, a little oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
Stuff the green chilies with prepared masala. Cut the liver into slices.
Heat oil in a wok, add sliced liver and fry till its color is changed. Then add salt, turmeric, crushed red pepper and dry mango powder.  Fry for a few minutes.
Now add stuffed green chilies and simmer on low flame. Dish it out and serve hot.
