INGREDIENTS
Milk½ kg
Saffron a pinch
Sugar6 tbsp
Khoya100 gm
Chopped almonds2 tbsp

Chopped almonds2 tbsp
METHOD
Take ½ kg milk and 6 tbsp sugar in a pan and cook it till the sugar dissolves. Add in 100 gm khoya and mix it till the mixture thickens. Add in a pinch of saffron and mix it. Pour them in glasses and garnish it with 2 tbsp chopped almonds. Serve
